Telekom Malaysia... needs new employees

I'm writing this from an Internet cafe. Nope, still no Internet connection at my house! I called up Telekom Malaysia yesterday and demanded to know what was going on.

"I'm so sorry miss. Nobody called you, miss?"

"No, not at all."

"Okay miss, I will put on the report 'Must call customer'."

"When can I expect to have Internet access?"

"I will file this report and it will take three working days to process..."

"When I disconnected the phone line, I was told seven to ten working days! Now you're telling me three working days for this report?! I might as well just cancel the line and apply for a new one, that would be faster wouldn't it?"

"I'm sorry miss, I will file the report and they will contact you as soon as possible."

Miracle of miracles, I get a call the same day at 7:00pm.

"Hello miss, your new address is A11-11 XYZ Apartment?"

"Yes."

"What floor is that, miss?"

"ELEVENTH FLOOR!!!!"

"Oh. I see. Eleventh floor."

"Unit Eleven, Block A." (thinking I should just clarify all the rest of it)

"Oh, eleventh floor and unit eleven also?"

"..." [customer has fainted]

So now I know why it's been taking them so long. It's because they don't even know how to read a freaking ADDRESS!!!!!
