Sun's coming out
I've been a busy bee. I finally, FINALLY updated my photoblog! (Anybody fainted yet?) I put in photos from my Chinese New Year trip to Sabah and... err... pictures dating back to last Oct. Good grief. Yes, I am slow, but you always knew that...
Plus, about a week ago I started a new blog -- yes, ANOTHER one -- a blog for me to explore creative writing, to talk about language, writing, and books, and ponder my career as a journalist-turned-freelance-writer. Every time I look at the banner, I feel happy. Coz I took that picture myself ;)
The addition of this new blog makes me the owner of eight blogs in total. No, I don't update all of them regularly -- what do you think I am, Superwoman?!? I do hope to update the writing blog almost as regularly as I do this one, though. Not that that has been happening...
Am feeling better. Looks like I may be over the hump or out of the valley. Nevertheless, I'm still looking forward to the counselling session tomorrow coz these episodes have been hitting every once in a while. The last bad one was just before I resigned from my last job, at the end of December, and it was so bad that it had me bursting into tears at random moments, for no discernible reason. Still, this one was worse coz it had me wanting to end things.
Email from a friend in the UK, received this morning:
And if you even think about doing anything stupid or sticking your head in the sand and letting something stupid happen to you, I swear I will follow you into the Afterlife just so I can kick your sorry ass! You hear me!?!
I burst out laughing when I read that. Thank God for friends like her :)
