Yes, him again
*singing* He remembered meeeee... :D
First thing he did this morning when he saw me was to ask how work was going. Ok, that's not exactly scintilating conversation, but it's a start ;)
We spoke on and off throughout the day -- he was in the same vicinity and we kept in bumping into each other.
Of course, at lunch I had to develop a sudden case of total butter fingers and drop stuff all over the place. First I dropped my fork & spoon, then I managed to nearly overturn my plate and "donated" three quail's eggs and a chicken drummet to the floor. After that my lip balm rolled out of my bag, then I knocked the soup over (thankfully, it was in a sealed container!). Finally, someone knocked into me and I dropped my spoon on the floor AGAIN, whereupon I gave up on eating altogether. I still had half a plate of rice left but I didn't want to take the risk of splattering anybody else. Good thing he was a few people away so he didn't have to suffer through my clumsiness, but the lady next to me definitely had an Sunflower experience!
I'm quite used to all kinds of things happening to me (Murphy's law usually holds true), so it didn't embarrass me too much. I accept that I'm not the most dainty or graceful person around :)
He was still speaking to me after lunch, though, so I couldn't have frightened me away. Heheh. He even said he would keep in touch with me (without any prompting on my part) but people say these things all the time, so I'm rather cynical about that.
Of course I don't even know whether this guy is married with seven kids. He looks like he's in his late 20's but you never know. It's fun though, to just act like I'm 16 again and hug a secret excitement to myself. I assure anyone who is the least worried that I'm not taking this seriously. Hey, I hardly ever even take myself seriously! hahah!
UPDATE 1: I have it on good authority that he's not married, but the seven kids thing is still anyone's guess ;P
UPDATE 2: He told another girl in my group that he's "attached but available". Doesn't sound like he has the kind of values I'm looking for in a guy. Oh well...
